At Olive & Oak, this work is personal. Creating calm, functional spaces—and guiding clients through estate sales with care—is at the heart of what I do. Whether you're preparing for a sale, downsizing, or navigating a major transition, my goal is to make the process feel manageable, supported, and as stress-free as possible.

Estate sales often come with both logistical complexity and emotional weight. I bring a thoughtful, organized approach to every project—handling the details of sorting, pricing, staging, and sale execution so you don’t have to carry that burden alone. My strong organizational skills help create a clear path forward, turning what can feel overwhelming into a structured, efficient process. I take the time to listen closely to your needs, priorities, and concerns so we can determine the best path forward together.

I’m also deeply mindful that this can be a personal and sometimes emotional experience. I approach each project with empathy, patience, and respect for both the items and the people connected to them. Whether the goal is to maximize value, thoughtfully part with belongings, or simply move forward with clarity, I’m here to support you every step of the way.

Olive & Oak is also the result of my own next chapter. After more than 30 years in corporate America—beginning in customer service, growing into marketing and community outreach, and later transitioning into software sales—I felt called to build something more personal and meaningful. With my children now grown and starting their own careers, this was the right time to create a business rooted in care, service, and real human connection—on my own terms.

My background has shaped a strong foundation in customer service, and I prioritize clear communication, transparency, and follow-through so there are no surprises along the way.
